Hey guys! Hewei here, just some team updates!

TrainingTraining ends this thursday! (Which means thursday is our last training till after promos, please do come!) Training will only resume on the
12th of October, which is means to give us more time to study for promos!
HOWEVER, we will be holding several sessions to keep our fitness up, most of these sessions would be long runs and light strides. Those who are not keen on these sessions, please do work out on your own and don't let your fitness drop! There will be intensive training after promos! haha. oh and
please do your core everyday, don't lose your core!Training
may be increased to three times a week after the promos, including Saturday, so do keep it in mind!
This Thursday's training is
4.45pm sharp at the gallery steps! please don't be late as we will be going over to the slopes! Those who dismiss at times later than 4.45pm, do take your lunch before your final lesson, and head over to the slopes asap after you're dismissed!

Youth for Causes RunYouth for causes is organising a 3km run to support the needy! It will be held on
Sunday morning, and the cost of it is
$15. it's a little expensive, but it's for charity! yep. and you'll be given a t-shirt and some freebies, so do inform Dharlynnie if you're interested!
