Hey guys!
here's the schedule of our trainings in December for your reference, especially for those who don't have the schedule which was given out on Tuesday.

*For the 11th and 18th of December, trainings will be special.. we won't be training in school. instead, we'll be training.. at Sentosa! cool huh. apparently we'll be doing some sand running or something, but well it's definitely gonna be fun! more info on Sentosa trainings would be posted at a nearer date, so do drop by the blog often!
Those who are going overseas, please text me (He Wei) your travel plans by this Sunday (29th november). We need to account for attendance!alrighty, enjoy your holidays people!

Hey guys!
announcement of the day! a world famous sprinter is coming to Singapore! and he'll be dropping by Yishun JC. guess who? i know who you're thinking about!
yea yea, everyone thinks of Usain Bolt when "world famous sprinter" comes to mind.
but NOOO. it's NOT Usain Bolt! it's..
Asafa Powell? don't ask me who he is cuz i've never heard of him either, but apparently he's a famous sprinter from Jamaica too, and WOO look what i found!
now we can't deny.. he's good. and we're gonna meet him!
he's going to give us a talk or something, give us some tips on sprinting maybe?
but the whole track team's invited! so..
