(SHAWN, IS THIS STILL TOO BIG?)

Hmm, how about a plain front? It'll look something like this:

Simplicity :D It'll be a little like those superman/batman shirts out there but kewler cause no one else has THE FLASH hehe.

Hey trackers!

as you all know, MSAs are over, and that means.. it's time to get back to training again, especially with season right around the corner! hahaha. so some updates on training for the weeks to come:

Training

the days of our trainings has been changed. We are training three days a week instead of four now. the training days are as follows:

Tuesday: Gym training, 4.30pm (warm ups start), 5pm- 7pm
Thursday: Track training, 4.30pm (warm ups start), 5pm - 7pm
Saturday: Endurance training, 8am (warm ups start), 8.30am - 10.30am

*HOWEVER, do keep your monday's free as there might be a fourth training every week in view with the upcoming nationals. (especially for those running for season)

for more details on the detailed schedule (public holiday, all-comers breaks), do check out the track notice board! a schedule has been put up by ms tan for your reference!

some of us dudes are gonna have self training tomorrow, so if you wanna build up your fitness again after the long hiatus due to MSAs, do come down to join us!

Cheers!

I've created a video of the latest batch of trackers 2009. Hopefully our future juniors can get a better picture of our CCA, the training and the fun we have. Watch it. Suggestions for improvement will be greatly appreciated. And if anyone has more pictures/videos that you want on the video, you can email them to me. Enjoy! =D

Hey guys!

As you all know, the holidays are ending, and that means another rough school year is coming up again, especially this year being the 'A' level year. So before school reopens, let's have a little enjoyment! Yep, some of you might have guessed it, we're having a chalet! and it's at..

our dear island of sentosa!

i think this is where our chalet's at. ha.

this is the room i think!

here are some of the details of the chalet:
.
.
Date: 7th and 8th Jan
Venue: Costa Sands Sentosa
Meeting Place: Harbourfront Station
Time: To be confirmed
Price: $12, exclusive of your food etc.
Things to bring: board games, cards, rugby ball or whatever ball, money for food and bike renting, extra clothes, toiletries and whatever else you wanna bring!
.
.
there's gonna be two rooms since there are a lot of us, so there's space no worries haha. to make things more organised, we have arranged a schedule for the two days!
.
.
DAY ONE
.
8am - 8.30am : travelling to sentosa
8.30am - 10.30am : TRAINING
10.30am - 12nn : chilling at the beach
12nn - 1pm : lunch
1pm - 2pm : booking into chalet etc.
2pm-6pm : chill time (cards etc.)
6pm - 7pm : bike renting (we have to rent early cuz the bike station closes at 7pm)
7pm - 8.30pm : dinner
8.30pm - 11.30++ : night cycling! (or chill, cards etc.)
.
DAY TWO
.
6am - 7am : watch the sunrise?
7am - 8.30am : breakfast
8.30am - 10.30am : chill, bike around, play ball
10.30am - 11am : return bikes, bookout of chalet
11am onwards : hangout by the beach / lunch etc.
.
.
of course this is not the confirmed plan la. it can shift around and everything, but it's just a rough guide to prevent comtemplating (which always happens with us).
.
yep so that's about all the information you need to know about the chalet! if you're attending the chalet, please text He Wei so we can confirm the number of people going.
.
alright, looking forward to all your texts soon! :D
