Thanks to Yu Jun for collecting your timetables. So, what we going to do with your timetables? Most of you have heard and know by now...you'll spend considerable amount of the free periods studying. So the teachers will be arranging with you when you are to report to either teachers for study periods. We'll sort out who to report to which teacher during your study periods by the third week.
On a lighter and more encouraging note, all of you have improved a lot since we resumed training in nov 2006. Your efforts have started to pay off and you are seeing the results of your sweat, tears and lactic acid. Expect more progress with continued efforts and be patient for results. Don't get irritated by small setbacks or by the lack of improvements. Patience and your personal best will come. Overtaining kills your interest and make you more prone to injuries. It is still early in the season (first BIG competition could be as early as March), so we hope you guys will be able sustain the progress, the committment, dedication and interest in your event. Between now and then, keep yourself healthy, injury-free and positive about your current performance. We are behind you all the way.
We are also encouraged to see all of you guys and girls so committed to the team. The team is gelling well and everyone is cheering and encouraging each other. Keep on affirming and encouraging each other with the improvements that we notice. Continue to support one another. That's the DREAM TEAM in the making.
If you can't cope with all the school work, trainings and getting stressed all over, PLS PLS come and talk to us. We see how we can work things out and help you in ways within our means. =)
Last point CCA sign-up for JC1 this friday 12 Jan from 2pm-4pm. Training as usual at 4.30pm after that. Coach Hosni will be around. We'll follow up with the permanent training days by next monday. Check this space over the weekend or thru your friendly exco.
