Hey guys!
as you all know, there won't be training until the promos are over! and training only resumes officially on the 12th of October. From now till then, it's about a one month and one week gap!
Thus, in order to ensure our fitness does not slump to such a bad degree, we have came up with a training schedule! The training schedule is as follows:
[1] 2.4km run (or longer)
[2] 4 x 50m lunges
[3] core exercises!
[4] light stridings (optional)
of course, we hear you and we know that you guys have tight schedules for these few weeks due to tuitions and your own study schedules. Thus, we have decided to make it an OTOT (own time, own target) thing, so be sure to do these self-trainings when you have the time! try to do it at least twice a week? yep haha.
alrighty, promos are just 20 days away, so mug hard! good luck everyone!
