Hey guys! Haven't seen you all for quite a while.
hope you guys had a good post exam break! (although i kinda doubt so cuz of PW week, it's dreaful!) anyway, just some stuff to announce with regards to training.
training officially starts
next week! yes people, you've seen it right, next week!
training would be as follows:
Monday - Normal training Tuesday - Gym Thursday - Slopes training has upped to three times a week! well, since our promos are over, i guess it's about time we start pumping some of our effort into training now, season is not very far away! (of course, don't forget about your MT papers and project work yea. haha.)
alright, so prepare yourselves, start doing your 2.4km runs in school and preparing for the rigorous training ahead! more updates will be given soon!
